The Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) is a national charity, with over 25 years of experience, dedicated to supporting families affected by SMA, and also investing in invaluable research into causes, treatments and eventually a cure for this disease.
We provide free information and support to anyone affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy who is living in the UK. Each year approximately 2000 families, individuals and healthcare professionals turn to us for information, support and advice about living with, or caring for someone with any type of SMA.
The Jennifer Trust receives no government funding and relies totally on public funding to continue providing ‘help for today, and hope for tomorrow’ to all those affected by SMA.
