In Summer 2008. Warrington Council for Voluntary Service was chosen to launch and manage the Grassroots Grants and Endowment Challenge in Warrington.

This is a very unique and exciting opportunity for individuals and companies to obtain match funding for their donations and to build funds for the benefit of Warrington area. We can offer one to one match funding for every pound contributed with a pound of government monies.

For the Endowment Challenge, we have set a target of raising half a million pounds by March 2011 for the Warrington community which will allow us to continue to give grants to local voluntary, community and faith groups.
