Devon Community Foundation is an independent, grant making charity supporting hundreds of local voluntary, community groups on the frontline in helping local people in need and creating better, more caring communities for everyone in Devon. It helps people who want to give reach groups making a real difference to local lives.

To celebrate its 150th Anniversary, the Western Morning News has joined forces with Devon Community Foundation to suppport elderly people in need across Devon. The Western Morning News 150th Anniversary Fund will support everything from lunch clubs to community transport and from special exercise classses to support for carers.
